Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ever-Elettronica SW1D4080C061-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Excello products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fk-Delvotec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Evoc product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Excello such as the RFD480 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1193Rev01A manufactured by Fk-Delvotec and we are pleased to be able to service most Fk-Delvotec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EC71819V2NA by Manufacturer Evoc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Fafnir Brand SAL2316 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Exide such as 118302582C equipment made by Exide have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Exide products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Exide" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 48VFL made by Extech as well as the popular EVOCEC01814B original spares produced by Evoc

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MGHSM301 by Faith-Enterprise and 118302582C spares by Exide are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VSC700D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Extron.
